Volt!
After a small year or so, our new band Volt, finally got a good vocalist. Now on to making songs and recording a demo

. Bandmembers as of now are: Marcel Oppermann on drums; Michel Trinus on bass; Tom van Hemert on vocals and Tim van Cann on guitar. As it is impossible to fully describe the style of music, we dubbed it as a mix of jazz, funk, rock and metal.

Major equipment update
The last few months I have been upgrading my gear. Buying new units and selling old...
My new (and probable final for some time) effects are as followed. For effects I have a Rocktron Replifex. It works together with a Laney Babelswitch and a Rocktron Midimate so I can pare the channels from my Laney with my midi Replifex. Amazing stuff

. For my pedalboard I sold all my pedals and bought a Line 6 Relay so I can play wireless. As for a wah-pedal I got a Digitech EX-7 (love the synth swell

) and my new tuner is a Korg DTR-1000 racktuner.

New amp!
About two weeks ago I bought a new amp as replacement for my Engl Blackmore head and ADA speaker.
I chose for the Laney VH100r for its amazing diversity. Together with two new Laney cabs with Celestion Vintage 30 speakers my sound had improved a lot! Expect pictures soon.
